RATES AND FEE SCHEDULE

PROFESSIONAL FEE $10,000/day*

*Customized fee for “evaluative mediations” based on case specific needs and time parameters.    

The professional fee applies to all mediations VIA ZOOM or IN PERSON in the the following counties:  

• Full day = eight (8) hours

• Half-day = four (4) hours

• Mediator’s time before mediation is not limited and at no additional charge, including

  • Pre-Mediation Calls with counsel

  • Pre-Mediation Video Conferences with each of the parties separately

  • Pre-Mediation Strategic Meetings re issues raised in briefs

   

Information on travel rates outside these counties is available upon request.
